It is 110V model, not suitable for direct connection to a 220V power. No information on these details on local amazon store was provided initially. Not worth for return, now looking for a power converter 220-110V

if you are in UAE don't buy , it will burn . item not working in UAE its 120 volt

It is for 110 w and it cane in the Box an adapter but this can be used for short time before heat the convert from 110 to 220 w

We received a non-working lamination machine. Same day we received we tested it, smoke came in from the machine and the ready button is not turning green even after 10mins of heating. So technically, the machine isn't working. We ask for refund. The seller wants me to keep a defective machine and only to refund of 20%. Unbelievable, still waiting for the refund.

I bought this laminator based on the reviews. It arrived on time, but when I used it - it began smoking instantly. I returned it and purchased a second one thinking it might just be a faulty product.I've just opened it to use and the same thing happened again!! And now I can't return it because it's outside of the return window.

how can you sell a product 120v in a country that uses 230v of power?????????
