Yes, that is no problem. Be sure to list your request/font sizes in the "special instructions" box as you order the stamp.

Q: What is font size? Needs to fit on avg size Christmas card.

The stamp can be made in any font size you desire. When you click on "Customize" you will be taken to the customization page. One of the entries is "Special Instructions". That is where you would indicate the exact font size you would like for the stamp.

Q: Part of the text needed is in French. Can you accommodate diacritical characters in words like douanières?

Yes as long as the order is typed with the diacritical characters needed we won’t have a problem with filling the order

Q: How do refills for the ink pad work for this item?

The ink pad can be replaced or the ink pad can be re-inked. The ink pad slides out very easily for replacement or re-inking. For ink pad replacement you would need the Trodat/Ideal 4926 replacement ink pad. To re-ink you would use Trodat/Ideal Stamp Ink. Both pad and ink are available on Amazon.

Impressive stamp. I had ordered from another company on Amazon initially and was very disappointed to find the text was too tiny and hard to read. Not so with this item. The stamper is large.
