Question 1

Will this fit on my '06 TJ with 2.5" lift?

Accepted Answer

Yes but I would use a better track bar this one is weak, iron rock has a way better track bar and gives you twice as much flex

Question 2

What is the lifetime advantage? I have this bar and have bent it, will they replace it?

Accepted Answer

It is at their discretion to replace parts under warranty. If there is obvious signs of abuse (i.e. rock damage) they may not but generally RE is easy to work with. You will have to call them directly.

Question 3

No need for the RE drop frame bracket on this particular setup for a TJ?

Accepted Answer

Don't need it for 4" lift or less. Don't know about taller lifts. My 06 TJ has a 4" lift and it just fit with the heim all the way in. Works great for me!

Question 4

I have An 01 Cherokee 4 " lift if I got this track bar do you have to purchase the 1665 bracket to go along with this ?

Accepted Answer

It is not necessary to buy the bracket until 4.5"-5"+. You will have to drill out the factory bracket to 5/8" i think.( remove bracket to drill it, you'll be glad you did!) it should have enough adjustment from 3.5" to 5". I installed this on a 98 Jeep Cherokee with a Rubicon Express 3.5 inch coil and leaf spring set from Amazon. I used the track bar and drilled out the bracket to the proper size. It worked great, no bump steer everything rides perfectly.
