Can i use this to screw the mount underneth a desk?

Yes, it will mount to any flat surface but the screws that come with it are metric machine screws. You will have to use 4 wood screws instead if it’s a wooden desk.

Is it safe for the Mac mini m1 2020 to use a neodymium magnet bar with this mount and put on a ref?

We advise against that. The safest way to mount this would be to use out hardware that gets provided with the product.

Will this fit a Airport time capsule 3rd generation?

Thanks for your inquiry. This mount is custom designed to fit the Mac Mini. However, the dimensions of the Airport time capsule 3rd generation would fit in our HIDEit Uni-S | Adjustable Small Device Wall Mount which is available on Amazon.
