So the original kettle I received unfortunately had some major blemishes on the wooden handle which was pretty disappointing considering that this tea kettle is over $200 when purchased with tax. So I exchanged it for another one … the replacement that came in was beautiful! It is a nice high-quality enamel, a nice size, has a nice solid weight and finish, really a statement piece for your kitchen. The brass detailing is just breathtaking the little bird on the lid is really detailed and made nicely. It truly is just a gorgeous addition to any kitchen!

I have a very bad experience because the item was damaged and I didn’t give correct answer when I reported it. So, I returned it and I haven’t got any refund yet.

Bad packaging and lid missing
Product arrived not in original packaging just ina clear plastic bag with no pretection. Kettle lid is missing from box. Will be returning.
