Hello, does this solar security camera support 24 hours recording?

Hi, This solar powered wireless camera will only start recording video or images when motion is detected, not 24/7.

Can the solar camera and solar panel be installed separately?

Yes, If you need to install the wireless camera and solar panel separately, please purchase one accessory kit, which includes 1 x extension cord, 1 x pack of screws, 1 x bracket.

Hello, do I need to install it at a height of 3 meters?

Hi, we recommend installing the solar camera at 2.6 meters to 3 meters (8.5-9.8ft ) for better PIR detection.

Hello, how long does the battery last?

last for 4 weeks continuously use or 12 weeks on standby, btw the battery life is determined by the detection sensitivity and the number of detections you set. We recommend enabling person detection and setting the appropriate detection sensitivity.

Hello, what should I do if I can not connect to wifi?

Hi, we offer instructional videos and detailed online services.
