The power cable for these speakers for an American or European outlet?

The ones I got from Amazon USA came with an IEC cord. IEC C13 connector on the speaker side and a NEMA 5-15 plug for wall outlet (Standard in the USA). The power supply input is rated for 100-240V 50/60 Hz input so it is a "world" type power supply and should work in almost any country. You might need an IEC cord that matches whatever European outlet you have. IEC C13 to BS 1363 in the U.K. for example.

The price US$302 is for single speaker?

Yes, one single tannoy studio monitor.

Possibe to attach a chromecast audio to stream music?

Yeah you can definitely do that, you’ll need and rca to balanced or rca to 1/4 inch to connect the output of the chrome cast to the input of each monitor.
