We have only tested three recipes so far, yet all three were truly delicious. I also had my friends taste test the three different foods. Given that THEY are great cooks and bakers, it was awesome to hear they not only enjoyed the desserts, they even wanted the recipes.I am so thankful someone went to all the work of creating/developing and sharing eggless recipes! This is a great investment if you have an egg allergy.

I got this recently to start baking more with my little one who has an egg allergy. So far I have made the Banana Crumb bread and the chocolate chip cookies and both are delicious! I actually prefer this banana bread over others I have made both sigh and without egg. It will be my new go to. The chocolate chip cookies baked up perfectly and I guarantee no one would ever be able to tell they are eggless. 5 star! Highly recommended!
