Electrolyte Hydration Packets Variety Pack, 30 Count

I would buy them again. They're a little pricey but definitely help when I have a hard workout to replenish my fluids. Also let me kids try them when they had a stomach bug and although they weren't crazy about the flavor, it definitely helped them feel better.

Delicious and hydrating. Highly recommend! The serving size mentions one packet for about on 8fl oz of water, but I prefer to dilute it in a 24fl oz bottle of water and refill it part way to dilute it further. This is just a personal preference. I always forget it's sparkling so the beverage is fizzy as it dissolves. Depending on your water bottle this might cause pressure to build up and water to come flying out the spout when you unlock it. I suggest slightly loosening the water bottle to alleviate said pressure. After the first few sips, you should be fine. I plan to keep ordering this throughout the summer. Super easy to pack and travel with, too!

It quickly restores hydration without the excessive sugar content found in other brands. The taste is tolerable and the convenient packaging is a plus. While it does the job well, I wished the flavor options were more diverse. Nonetheless, a reliable four-star choice for efficient rehydration.

An excellent product I use when I play golf. Mixes well and I definitely feel better than with water alone.

I have Dyautonmia and rely on electrolytes. This drink is subpar. This does is oddly fizzy and sour. For a 32 oz bottle I need 3 packs to taste ok. I do not like overly sweet items. I have literally tried the all and Hydromate is the best tasting and bang for your buck. One of those packs does 32-64oz of water.

These taste great and not a lot of that after taste that some electrolyte drinks have

I have used LIquid IV and like it very much. I thought I was ordering same when I placed this order and didn't realize that this was a different brand but when it came I was willing o give it a try because it was a better value. Was I wrong! It takes two packets versus only one packet of Liquid IV to achieve that same taste (even be able to taste it). It has a very salty flavor. I don't save any money with this product when I have to use two packets to fill my water bottle.

Hydralyte works great added to cold water or even a cold fizzy beverage in hot weather!
