GE 7-4XXX Series Flip clocks
These glow a nice orange color that works for GE 7-4XXX Series flip clocks. I used them in 7-4305 and 7-4550 clocks, and added a 30kohm resistor. Since those clocks run AC, the resister leg doesn't matter.

These are naturally old tech, but they work just fine and are very long life and reliable.

Does the job
FYI since neither the product description nor any reviews mention this but these do glow orange. I had to buy and cross my fingers but they ended up exactly what I needed. Time will tell as to lifespan but so far so good.

works well on an old turntable
Used this to replace a failing strobe on my Technics SL-1300. While not as big or bright as the original, for the price it works well and is perfectly effective.
