Can I use external or can I refill the coil ?

I DO NOT BELIEVE COILS CAN BE REFILLED. SPECS ON WIRE ARE VERY TIGHT

Does this tier accommodate coated wire for use with epoxy-coated rebar?

Yes. For coated wire use TW898-PC

Where can i fin the wire roll aditional and how much it cost?? The tool is rain water resistant?? How many wir includes?..

This model uses only MAX TW898 tie wire which is available for purchase through Amazon. Search Amazon for "MAX TW898" for the tie wire. The RB398 model intended to be used outdoors in moderate conditions and the housing is tightly sealed however it is not waterproof. This is a cordless battery operated tool and is essentially an electronic device so please try not let it be saturated with water. No tie wire is included with the tool. Tie wire is purchased separately.

does this comes with carrying case, belt hook, battery charger

Hello, Yes a carrying case and a charger. But only one battery. No belt hook. But, the battery lasts a long time.
