HeatherAsh Amara has created a wonderful meditation cd. She lead you through guided meditations to bring out the best in you. Her voice is very soothing and reassuring. I love this cd.

Adequate Meditations
I thought the meditations were okay, but I really wasn't inspired by them. I think this is a personal choice and what I consider to be just okay could be see as life changing and life affirming by others.

Only do this if you want to change for the better
I am only a couple meditations in, but this is the most helpful tool I have experienced in a long time. I cannot say enough about how transformation this is for me.
