Bought for my autistic daughter and mum with dementia. If you are on the spectrum or have hyper mobility your b9 receptors often get blocked by antibodies. Normal b9/folic acid supplements are in a form that your body has to convert before it can use it but this is b9 in its original form so much easier to absorb. Blown away at the difference it’s made. My daughter hasn’t stopped chatting and asking questions since using this, and my mum is far happier in herself and more with it. I tried it too and menopause brain fog is loads better! It’s not a cure for anything but it really helps and I can’t recommend enough!

I genuinely have no idea what this is like or its efficacy. I guess only time will tell… Reason : the contents of the vial is a clear, tasteless, odourless, and almost colourless fluid (in the pipette picture). Thus it may very well be the real thing (which is very plausible) or Dell-boy’s packaged mineral water of Peckham - equally plausible (from only fools and horses) . I guess the manufacturers ought to add some sort of flavour or bright colour to feed my psyche. Thats only my opinion and suggestion and to give them the benefit of the doubt … 4 stars.

Taken daily as instructed and has lasted super well. Bottle is very sturdy and has a really good UV filtering based of you cannot see at all how much is left in the bottle.

I was very disappointed to see on the label that his bottle expires in October this year. As you take micro doses this means that I will inevitably be wasting most of this expensive item.

This product had no effect on me. I would say that it might have affected others, but I would worry if it is a placebo effect.

Having tried many methylfolate products prior to finding this one, this is the only one I can tolerate and which gives me the health effects I was desperate for. It's proving to be life-changing using it, which may sound over the top but is nonetheless true. I absolutely recommend this product. It is very high quality stuff. Especially important for those of us with methylation/MTHFR problems.
