make any noise? besides the springs from the bunny jumping?

No noises, jump the click of the spring going off. A cute little game, seems fairly sturdy so far and I have had many children play with it.

Just purchased thus game, the bunny is not popping from his bunny hill when the carrots are pulled. Any suggestions? Super bummed!

Jack bunny has to be pushed down until he clicks after ask the carrots are loaded

What is the difference between the premium one and this one? Do they both come with spinners?

Thanks for your inquiry, we're happy to help! There is no difference in these games - the ones that say they are a ‘Premium’ game are sold by a 3rd party seller. If we may assist you further, please contact us directly - http://support.goliathgames.com/homepage

Is it a different carrot that makes it pop up every time? Or the same carrot?

Different carrot each time. A lot of fun!
