Tens is not working
The media could not be loaded. I bought the TENS + MS Combo, but the TENS unit was defective and didn’t work. When I contacted Amazon, they refused to take it back or offer a replacement. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of support. I wouldn’t recommend buying this.

Faulty cables
The product works as expected but the wires are very fragile... The power cable and the leads are cracking. I have used the machine less than a week.
