Does this fit inside the 20oz Tumbler? This is probably a stupid question but I am new,

Yes it would fit. But this is more to be used with a cooler or cooler bag, not inside the tumbler.

Is this one or two items? The listing main photo has a 2 count sticker while the text indicates one count. Thank you.

When I called, they said it was supposed to be 2 but I only got one. 

So will there be one or two ice packs in this purchase?

These run about $15.00 to $25.00 each. You can figure out how many are included by the price. The seller should state the number of packs you are getting for the price.
