DOESN'T WORK STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.......

Everything about this item was exactly what I was looking for. But after I spent the time to install this item, the function to change the water flows did not work AT ALL. A major malfunction that was a key reason I bought this item. Very disappointed after I spent the time to shop, order, and wait for delivery and go thru the installation process. Now, I have to spend more TIME again going back through this process. Does the company have no quality control to inspect and test an item before they send it to a customer?

Don't bother

Only lasted a few months and now it's stuck on one setting. It was hard to change the settings anyways (even though it's just a button). Feels cheap too. Wish I'd have put money into a better one
