Does the 15mm thru axle adapter work with the Santa cruz hightower. 15mm x 110 thru axle?

Yes, but you will need to purchase an adaptor for the boost 110mm fork. Just call customer service at 1.800.469.7924

What is the smallest bed this will fit? I have a Subaru Baja with a 47" bed.

Not a very good bike rack. Mine broke during install and I bought the Yakima version and it is much better and works very well just get the small for your truck.
