Very effective and easy to use
I find it easy to apply and produces a soothing, healing feeling. Some warmth and reduction of pain. Don't have to use much for it to be effective. A little goes a long way. Non greasy and dries quickly

This stuff works
This stuff is fantastic for pain, I had a major injury 6 years ago and have a hard time moving. I can apply a light layer to problem areas and do work I wouldnโt be able to without it. I have only used the lotion but this lotion combined with the handle and foam applicator thatโs a separate item itโs easy to apply to the back and hard to reach spots! Canโt recommend enough! The smell isnโt bad, and the strength is powerful.

Moderate pain relief
I bought this to use on my feet and toes for night pain that was keeping me up. I thought it was going to actually feel tingly and numbing on my toes, but it really doesn't result in any of that. However, I notice that I actually have lees foot/toe pain, and I sleep better that I have without it. It is very thin in consistency, not really a cream but more lotion-like. A little goes a long way. Absolutely no odor and leaves a silky soft feeling on your skin. Overall, I recommend this, but with the caveat that you are not going to experience a distinct feeling of strong analgesic action from it, but more of a subtle, lessening of pain. I like it and while milder relief than I was looking for, it works for me weel enough to recommend it fully.

Great for joint and muscle pain
I have an autoimmune condition which causes me a lot of joint and muscle aches. Aspercreme lidocaine cream works so well when I'm having a flare up. It really helps take care of the pain and makes things a lot easier. Plus it does not have an offensive odor. I highly recommend this product.

It does provide a tiny amount of relief, but don't expect a miracle. The cortisone injections don't even work anymore, so in all fairness, I'm probably headed for another day at the OR. Well, I tried, and I'm pretty sure this will be enough for a lot of people. My biggest complaint is the packaging. If I have pain in my hand, I really don't feel like wrestling with a cap that requires you to push down as you turn it! PLEASE change the cap to benefit others at least, since I won't be buying it anymore.
