I gave it 5 stars because the product and programming is great I received a defective unit with a bad battery but was promptly refunded I would purchase again but item is not available

The items instructions are all in chinese. When we tried to program it, the error message was in Chinese. It is also very cheaply made. Waste of time and money.

Unable to use the driver bundled on the built in USB storage device. I had to find the software on the internet.

Very nice quality tag, comes in a nicely packaged little box with a mini cable for charging and programming. Instructions are in Chinese with an English language URL. I was able to browse online for the Olympian LED download site and get the software that way. Unfortunately, this tag is WINDOWS PROGRAMMABLE ONLY, and we only have Macintosh computers, so I'll need to bribe a friend to borrow some Windows PC time in order to program this tag. It'll make the perfect addition to my kid's robot Halloween costume!
