I will add (now that I remember) it does take a tad more attention to get the oil filler cap on and off as the bar is fairly close. Just don't over tighten the cap and you won't have any issues.

I’m pretty sure it will. These are awesome protection and Allow you to put on additional lights or even highway pegs. And they do work. I dropped my bike and not a scratch on her.
