Can you wash anywhere in a dishwahser or only on the top rack? I dont want to ruin my brand new set! top rack only?

This seems like the type of clear plastic that will crack in a hot dishwasher. I dropped one on the counter (it fell only a few inches from my hands) and it cracked. So, just to be on the safe side I hand wash mine instead of putting them in th dishwasher.
