I have this in a smoothie EVERY SINGLE MORNING! The taste is mild and pleasant. You could put it in oatmeal and maybe yogurt. BUT HERE'S THE DEAL, if you struggle with fatigue, this is a great product, it helps with energy and stress. It's also good for those who have low libido. And, it has been used for centuries by indigenous people for menopause symptoms and Sis, IT FREAKING WORKS! I really struggled with various menopause symptoms and wanted something natural. This really helped me; I mean I would say it gives me total relief. Then I stopped because I wanted to lessen the ingredients I was adding to my (then) expensive smoothies, but the symptoms returned. Safe to say, maca made the smoothie cut and I'll keep using it. I love that this brand is organic, it's a good amount of product for the money and it's gelatinized which helps with absorption. I really can't say enough good things about it. I don't know if it would work this great for everyone but it's well worth the try and it's nutritious too.

Been using this for a couple years now and no complaints. one scoop on my scrambled eggs every morning along with MCT oil, turmeric, potassium chloride, a little cajun seasoning, 1/4 cup hemp hearts, and top it off with a little pepper jack cheese, then a little salsa soon as it's on my plate, yummy! This is generally around 4am, which gives me about 2 hours before I tee off and walk 6 miles around the golf course, year round under tropical heat and barely break a sweat!For reference, I'm an American, 65yo, retired and live in the beautiful tropics of the Philippines and play golf most days, year round.I've only used this product in the morning, so I couldn't comment on sleep issues at night as some have mentioned. Just so you’re aware, track what’s happening when you’re taking this. If you are losing sleep, you might need to take a break from maca. It can cause insomnia. Also, I was taking during my luteal phase and it made me even more moody. Just know your stuff and when you need to supplement and when you don’t.

I am not sure what others are doing wrong to mix it with liquid, but i had no problem. Made my cordyceps tea and put a scoop of this in. Dissolved very well.The taste will take some getting used to. But the energy it provides is worth it.

It is good. You should mix it with a smoothie or milkshske, coffee is not a good match for it. So far I fell like it is enhancing my mood, but it is still too early to tell.
