Great non-calorific sweetener
1st step towards stopping your sugar cravings is by replacing it with any sugarfree sweetener. This Stavia based zero calorie sweetener being a good alternative over others like sucralose or Aspertame. I'm taking this from 2024 & loved it. Never had regular sugar after. My sweet cravings subside slowly & that helped me lot in my weight loss journey in 2024. You can Add it to coffee, milk, dahi, etc. 1 tablet is usually enough for 1 cup of tea/coffee, adding more will bring bitter-sweet aftertaste.
