Comfortable hearing protection
My ears became sensitive to foam ear plugs supplied at my factory. These are all day comfortable and provide the needed level of hearing protection. I can hear equipment alarms that I was having difficulty hearing with foam plugs. I like that these don’t require an insertion tool, like alpine’s motorcycle ear plugs. I tried those at first, but they didn’t offer quite enough protection in my plant environment. I commute on a motorcycle and use the work plugs for riding too. They work well inside my helmets and tame the wind noise while allowing me to hear the traffic around me and my engine better than with foam plugs.

Good comfort and decent noise reduction for the price
I work on transit busses with loud diesel engines. With these in I can stand right next to the running engine and still hear a Co worker or boost leak. They also take the edge off my impact guns and air chisel. They are comfortable and I can wear them all day. The noise reduction is not as good as larger earmuff style noise canceling, but more comfortable and less sweaty in the summer

Can't hear voices as well as previous version of product.
Works well. I purchased these to replace an older, discontinued, pair of the same brand and type that finally broke (due entirely to my own negligence). These use comfortable, washable rubber. Come in a nice carry case. And I expect they'll last a long time. Just be sure to keep them very clean if you're reusing them, and in their case... not rolling around at the bottom of a saddle bag (oops). The intent of these earplugs is to block out very harmful high frequency noise common to powertools, in addition to providing general (light) hearing protection. In my opinion they don't let enough mid-range (voice level frequency) in. The db loss on these is a little too much and not enough at the same time. I wear them while motorcycling inside a full face helmet to block the wind and road noise. These have also seen use while shooting in an indoor range, in conjunction with over-ear protection. It does block wind and road noise, however I'm not able to hear my music (from the helmet's speakers) which I could with the older pair. It blocks too much db mid-range while shooting with over-ear protection as well. I can't hear the range master yelling anymore, but could with the previous version with the same over-ear protection. Yet these don't seam to block enough db for me to be comfortable using this around very loud machinery or shooting alone. Although they are very comfortable, work well, and are from a great brand. I am here looking for a replacement that fits my needs better since the upgraded version of these no longer do. My use of these doesn't quite align with their purpose. However I think 4 stars is fair because of the difficulty hearing voice with these over the previous version. As in a workplace setting you need to still be able to hear voices (outside of your own head) clearly.

Works but…
Well, after one day of use at work, I’m writing this review. I’ll start with what I liked: I liked the color, I liked the case it comes with—it’s comfortable and nice-looking. The material seems good, and it significantly reduces noise at work. Now, onto what I didn’t like as much: it reduces people’s voices a lot, and although you can still have a conversation, it’s a bit difficult. Now, what I didn’t like: they are very large, they come in only one size, and I’m sure not everyone has the same ear size. They should come in various sizes like other brands that offer separate filters, allowing you to choose the size to use. Definitely be careful if you have small ears because they will be uncomfortable to wear for long hours.

Protect your hearing!!
Discreet and low profile while wearing them. Easy to clean and stow away and have ready for next use. They're pretty comfortable for me. They fit snuggly in the ear and I'm still able to hear my coworkers without removing them.

Product sucks
The thing is, the earplugs are nice. But there is a catch, if you use the string around your neck you will lose the earplug in 3 weeks. You also can ask for a refund.

Effective “All day” hearing protection.
Pros: 1. Despite the color they are hardly visible. 2. By not having a third ring like other plugs, it fits deeper and works by dampening the ear structure as well as keeping loud or sharp sounds out. 3. The small hole in the filter allows air to escape, avoiding pressure on your eardrums while getting them in far enough to be effective. Cons: 1. Removal is tricky if not using the clip on string.
