Can cats lift and chew on the plastic?

Hi, Thanks for asking! No, cats won’t be able to lift and chew the deterrent tapes! Your kitty won’t try to touch the area where the tape is applied, thanks to the double-sided adhesive. Have a great day Cori B. KatSupreme family

I want to use this on the bottom carpeted step but I'm afraid my cats will not go downstairs to use their boxes. Suggestions?

Hello! Thanks for your question! We would suggest to test first a small piece on the bottom carpeted step and see how your cats are dealing with it. Trying to find another place for the boxes would be a great idea too, this way your kitties will continue to use them and the carpet won't be destroyed by scratches! However, please be cautious when you're stepping on the area where the tape applied, so you can prevent potential injuries! Have a lovely day Cori B. KatSupreme Family

I will be covering antique blue velvet furniture...what will this do to velvet when it is removed?

We strongly believe that nothing will happen to you beloved furniture. But we recommend you to test a small part of a tape to a hidden area for a couple of days.
