Where is the knife made

If I had to guess China, like most stuff

Can you use this knife to strike a ferro rod?

Yes this knife has a good spine and will strike sparkd on a ferro rod

Is it completely legal to carry this knife while walking or driving in Los Angeles?

Hello,it depends on the local regulations in Los Angeles. Each state has different regulations. You need to verify it.

Does the knife stay sacure in the sheath?

I had to order a new knife after lending it to someone else. That person forced the knife back in the sheath and it caused the hole to open too wide. Now it falls out very easily. You have to place the knife in matching the shape in the sheath. Before he used it, the knife would fit securely without falling out.
