Can this be used as extension drainage hose on mini portable counter top washer the end is 3/4" and can be fitted with 3/4" x 3/4" hose barb.

Yes you can use this as an extension drainage hose, you just have to make sure you tighten it completely. I'm not sure if it's durable enough to fit on a hose barb, are you thinking of using it for water intake for your washer? If yes, I wouldn't recommend it, well at least I won't be brave enough to use it like that.

Do I need pliers or something to adjust this mini metal thing that comes with it? There's no directions whatsoever and all writing is in Chinese!

Yes, use a screwdriver. Insert the screwdriver in the slotted head and turn while feeding the other end into the slot below the bolt you're turning. This will engage the slots and the strap will tighten. Try it once without the hose so you get a sense of what's happening, then put the hose clamp back on the hose and tighten. Can this be used for hooking up a dishwasher to the garbage disposal?

not for a dish washer and i dont know about the other one

I need drain and filler hoses for my Kuppet washer and spinner machine what do you suggest getting?

I ordered the drain hose and it was a very good hose. I realized I could not use it because gravity is needed for the small hose to work. So that small hose has to be down regardless of which hose is attached to iexample: draining into the basement floor.
