NusaPure Reduced Glutathione 500 mg 180 Veggie Capsules (Vegan,Non-GMO & Gluten-Free) L-Glutathione Antioxidant Support* Liver Health Support* Supports Healthy Immune System*

I was skeptical about this brand since most reduced glutathione brands are much more expensive than this. We were taking the Bulletproof one to start, which is excellent, but expensive! With this one I do notice is it makes me a little nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach (the one from Bulletproof didn't do that). But I can tell that it works because it stops hangovers! If you over drink a little, take 2 or 3 of these before bed and you won't have a hangover! I'm in my mid 30s and have pretty good energy so I can't really say that this helps with alertness and feeling more energized. My initial hesitation with this brand was that it wasn't as good as Bulletproof's because I couldn't take it on an empty stomach, but given that 2 capsules before bed completely squashed all hangover symptoms made me a believer! I take reduced glutathione because if I drink 2 alcoholic drinks (doesn't matter if it's beer, wine or hard liquor) I'm okay the next day, but if I have just 2.5 or anything more than that, I'm a mess with a headache and hangover symptoms, not to mention racing heart at night from the booze. So this made me think that I might benefit from adding Reduced L-Glutathione to my daily supplement regiment. And don't worry, I don't over drink often, it's just so noticeable when I do even a tad bit, ugh! I'll be restocking with this one again, hope they get it back in stock soon!

A Japanese doctor spent thirty (30) years researching L-Glutathione and determined that among all antioxidants it was very special because it worked more like a catalyst in that it didn't just deplete but continued to work over and over helping other nutrients maintain their integrity much longer. Pretty k'ewl! I take it, was advised to take it, sublingually in "paired doses" five minutes apart every hour you're awake. I find that difficult to do, but it definitely has a dramatic effect on liver spots on my hands, so I work on that to the best of my ability knowing that, like my grandfather used to say, instead of "how are you?" he would say, "how's your liver?" The dawn comes up eventually on that subject. Just saying. This is undoubtedly the best product of it's kind I've ever found, not only on Amazon, but anywhere, especially for the price. THANKS!

Using it fir my skin and I've noticed some changes though very minimal

I haven't been on this product long enough (4 days) to determine the effect is has on my health and wellness. But I believe. And I hope it will help me with the multivariate of health issues I have experienced since May 2022. I'm a naturalist and a self healer and pray this product will relieve some of my issues. I've read the reviews and some claim it works after two weeks of use. If it does, I will be back to update this review. So far, I've had no side effects. UPDATE: Feb 17, 2023 I've been on this product about 5 weeks and I can honestly say I feel better. I'm in less pain and because of that, I will continue taking it. I've had no side effects whatsoever. And I'm not sure, but I think it's helping me lose weight, without trying. I've also noticed my right ankle and foot isn't swollen so much from the referred pain from multilevel lumbar degenerative disc disease (lumbar radiculopathy). It will be interesting to see how I feel after using it for one year.

I like the 180 capsule size so I don't have to order too often. I take it for sleep and it helps! Great REM sleep. The price is very affordable.
