Incompatible with Windows 10
I never got a chance to test this out as to effectiveness or anything because it is not compatible with Windows 10, and there is no update, so I had to return it to the store. If you have Windows 10, don't waste your time or money ordering it.

Not worth the hassle
I bought this for my father-in-law. First one showed up broken. Returned for another that seemed okay but the antenna linking the unit to the computer wouldn't work.
