Does 903C replace #008445

yes it does replace the older model #, exact same

The new one I am looking for has to screw down into the sink to hold water. Does this one?

It pushes down into the sink to hold water. It does not screw down.

I am looking to replace one that has a threaded shaft that screws down into the sink to hold water. Is it still made?

Mine didn't fit properly. I suggest you measure very carefully to make certain that it is sized for your sink.

Perfect Fit & Top Notch Quality

Perfect fit to my 12-year old Franke sink (KS-GEX62OD-LH). World of difference to those low-quality flimsy lightweight generic alternatives, which do not work in the first place. This original strainer is much heavier and sturdy. Hope that it will last me another 12 years!

Still doesn’t fir

We have a 22 year old Franke sink and unfortunately this is the second sink stopper we have purchased that still does not fit. It still slowly leaks. Appears to be well made and was delivered quickly but we had to return. Not sure if we’ll ever find the correct part

Perfect fit!

The strainer fits perfectly. I have an older Franke sink and was having trouble finding a strainer that fit properly.
