It has details of micronutrition and food groups, including macronutritent division and nutrition problems in the Indian subcontinent. This also has specific division based on men, women, infant, sedentary to active people and what amount of nutrients they need. This book is supplemental information if you have already studied a course before, but if you are new to this book, this will give you a very broad range idea of how to advise people accordingly (if you are a coach). There are equations here along with references placed at the back of each chapter. Great buy! . Best book for any nutrition student
Knowing rda is very important for any nutrition student rda help to make a good and well planned diet for anyone but unfortunately we can't easily found any Indian author book or researches on Indian people but this book have recent calculation for Indian people nutritional need and this book is from NIN so u can buy with your closed eyes....
