These are so good for as portable first aid kits. Very small and can fit anywhere from your pocket, bag, cupboard, luggage, etc. you can have one everywhere. The only disadvantage is that the items are limited and mostly the band aids.

Wow I didn't even read what was in this when I bought it I was just buying different sets of first aid things for our home and car This has so much stuff in it!!! It has a guard for your mouth for doing CPR, I think that's the first time I've seen one of those in a kit. It is such a great kit usually I'd buy a bunch of medical supplies and build a kit but it was so nice all the different things already came in this I decided to buy some more for friends who are medics

If you need or want a basic cuts and scrapes box you can't go wrong with this, everything youll need and at a better price than buying all the bits separately, great for home or the car.

Bought this “just incase” and today was the day I used it properly aside from a plaster. Boiling hot water spilt on my foot and after running in unbearable lukewarm water for about 30 seconds (couldn’t take it anymore) I grabbed the first aid kit and applied the burn gel to my foot although my foot has blistered and swollen a little, it’s no where near as bad as it could have been. 10/10 recommend as a must have for a family or in general!
