How is the product your selling not genetically altered if it’s a “microbial rennet that produces plant-based enzymes”? That seems to be the definition of a gmo. For the record, I am NOT against GMO’s.

Water, sodium chloride, acetic acid, sodium acetate, extra heat labile microbial coagulant.I have used it just once but it worked very well.

What is the expiration date of the 1 x organic liquid vegetable rennet, 2 oz? i will not be making mozzarello cheese often or in large quantities.

It is not marked with an expiration date so the proper concern is with which seller you choose to purchase from and how they handle their product.
