Customer for life
This is the only melatonin that I have tried that doesn’t give me nightmares. I have getting to sleep problem not staying asleep and they work for me I’ve been taking them for at least 5 years.

Really works
I was so desperate for relief with my sleepless nights, I've tried prescriptions melatonin, benadryl, warm milk, chamomile tea, essential oil diffusers, name it... I've tried it. I saw this product at a gas station display and I picked it up. 6 pills for about $4. I thought, "If it doesn't work, its not a big loss." It works amazingly well. Now my husband and kids use it too. Worth every penny and then some.

Good but crazy dreams
I sleep hard on these, but they give me some wacky dreams. I’m willing to put up with the nightmares in exchange for the sleep though.

Don’t really work for me. I still wake up in middle of the night and toss n turn.

Amazing product I couldn’t sleep at all my brain keeps me up at night the price is very affordable for 32 tablets and I will be the first to say it fully works!! For me at least

Quite useless actually....
Taken it continuously for two weeks, but it did not help at all. Taste good though, just like Polo mint. I would not recommend it to anybody.
