This delicious cookie is filled with almond paste. The crust of the cookie is flaky Puff Pastry. This very popular cookie is a great item to serve to your friends and/or family. The almond stick is also a very nice gift item and they sell very well at Christmas time. It is about 1 ½ to 2 inches wide and about 12 inches in length. They freeze very well.
