Can I wire the input from the rear left/right speakers and then wire them from the amp ?

Yes it can come from the rear speakers it has an amp. you need 12V power. just need LFT Right wire. amp wont boost your OEM rear speakers, amp is only for the blaupunkt speaker.

How many Ohms what's the impendance?

This information isn't listed, not even on Blaupunkt site.

Does it good enough for single cab truck with 4 channel stock stereo ?

Fits under the seat. Requires good sized wire for 12 volt power and a ground. comes with a volume trim controller if you want to use it. good base narrow clearance under seats.

Do this amp turn on using the hi level input? And not the remote trigger?

Not sure if it has the auto turn on feature. You can try it without the trigger wire and see if it turns on. If not then you will have to wire the trigger wire to something in the fuse box that is only on when the ignition is on. Otherwise, the battery may be run down.
