Is this waterproof and okay to use outdoors in all seasons?

Pretty sure this is not waterproof. Many openings exposing center electronics

Cleaning? How often (after each tank?), with what, and how? Used a couple days and the output is already diminishing. Love the machine though.

used it only twice haven't done the cleaning yet

I can only get this thing to work half the time, and continuely have to clean it. Any ideas why it randomly doesn't work?

I returned this thing. It only worked once for me. When I tested it to make sure it worked; afterwards, never worked again. Only the lights would work. I will say that the fog “juice” is somewhat sticky. That could be the reason why it constantly has to be cleaned.
