Muscle Pharm Assault PreWorkout Powder | Watermelon - 30 Servings

1. Flavor & Mixability: 9/10 One of the highlights of MusclePharm Assault is its flavor profile. Flavors like Blue Raspberry, Fruit Punch, and Watermelon are fan favorites. They’re sweet without being overpowering, with no bitter aftertaste that some pre-workouts suffer from. Mixability is excellent — it dissolves quickly in water with minimal shaking, and there’s no gritty residue at the bottom of the shaker. 2. Energy & Performance Boost: 9.5/10 Assault delivers a smooth energy boost without the crash. It contains a moderate dose of caffeine (~200mg per serving), which is enough to wake you up and get you focused without feeling jittery or overstimulated. What really stands out is the endurance support. With ingredients like beta-alanine and citrulline malate, you’ll notice reduced fatigue during high-rep sets and longer training sessions. The tingling from beta-alanine is present but manageable, often giving users that “kick” to get started. Strength output and mental focus are both noticeably improved. You feel locked in, especially during compound lifts or high-intensity cardio. 3. Ingredient Transparency & Quality: 8.5/10 MusclePharm Assault uses clinically researched ingredients, and most are clearly dosed, which is a huge plus in a market full of proprietary blends. Key ingredients include: • Caffeine Anhydrous – for energy and alertness • Beta-Alanine – supports muscular endurance • Creatine Monohydrate – for strength and ATP production • Citrulline Malate – enhances nitric oxide levels for pumps • Taurine & L-Glycine – for hydration and recovery support The formula is also Informed-Choice certified, which means it’s tested for banned substances — a big win for athletes. 4. Value for Money: 8.5/10 With around 30 servings per tub, Assault is competitively priced in the mid-range pre-workout category. It’s not the cheapest, but considering the ingredient quality, taste, and performance, it delivers excellent value. 5. Overall Experience: Pros: • Great-tasting, easy-to-mix flavors • Smooth energy without a crash • Strong focus and improved endurance • Transparent, research-backed ingredients • No artificial dyes or banned substances Cons: • Beta-alanine tingle may bother some users • Not ideal for heavy stim junkies seeking 300mg+ caffeine • Creatine content might be low for serious bulking phases I been using mp for years, it’s my favorite because of the added creatine in it so in a sense you’re saving money with not having to buy creatine. I don’t get itchy symptoms like I do with others. Would for sure check it out.

I have tried a myriad of pre-workout mixes over several decades and this is my current go to. The taste is awesome and consistency for mix ability prior to workout is great. Seems to help with both power lifting as well as metabolic conditioning without any adverse effects on preformance. On top of that it is priced to be extremely competitive with other supplements.

To start off the Taste is great, I'm very picky and love it also the pump and focus it give me is perfect with low caffeine which made me happy plus the price for what you get is awesome. I've looked and this is the best for price and for what I need focus and pump. With the perfect amount of creatine for me so if you do intense workouts like me this stuff is great and if you need more creatine use there product great to add on without hassle of paying to much between the two.

Unfortunately someone took it from my porch but I will definitely be buying it again!

Works

This is (more or less) what I expected, given the price. After all, when you're paying less than $1.00/serving, you can't expect much. Personally, I find that it hits me about 15 minutes after ingesting and has about an hour lifecycle. Warning: If you're highly caffeine tolerant, this is not the pre for you. In terms of an athletic benefit, I would put this somewhere above a standard energy drink (e.g., Monster, RockStar, Red Bull, etc.), but far below other notable pre workout offerings like EVL ENGN, C4 Ultimate, MP Wreckage, and JYM. In short, it's better than coffee or an energy drink, but it's not going to increase your bench by 10% or make you shave 20 seconds off of your mile pace.

Excellent choice for pre-workout and all I buy now. At one, I only used musclepharm products for lifting and exercising. They decreased their offerings over the years, but I recently decided to try them again, starting with their pre-workout. I couldn't be more happy. I'd been using GAT Nitraflex and Con-CRET HCL in combination, but couldn't for the life of me, prevent the headaches that came with them. I think it was just my own sensitivity, but using either product gave me headaches. I do not have the same issue with this product, plus, it has creatine and BCAAs. Another perk I found, you can still get a really great effect from it, even if you'd eaten recently. I found that Nitraflex really didn't hit at all on anything but an empty stomach. With the Musclepharm, i typically always get a great effect, even if I'd eaten that day, and the skin tingling you get with it is awesome too.

I’ve been drinking this pre-workout for over 10 years!!! hands-down it’s the best & I will never choose another pre-workout

I've been using this product for years as it is the only one I can take at 5pm and then go to sleep at 8pm. Great focus and energy 30mins after taking, and its effect lasts as long as my workout lasts, and no crash feeling at the end of its effect. I hope this product is never discontinued. I'll buy this as long as it is available.

I got the watermelon flavour and I don’t regret it! Tastes amazing! I see how some people might find the taste overwhelming over the vourse of a few weeks though. Works well and doesn’t cause itching. I’ve tried many pre workouts such as mr hyde, rivalus, c4 and six star but the MusclePharm Assault is the one I like the most so far!

I found that the price is really good for the size of the product. It isn’t the strongest pre workout but it is definitely perfect for me since I go to the gym really late, gives me motivation to complete a good workout. Could be a good option for someone who never tried pre workout before but needs something efficient

boyfriend ordered it and loves it .. great tasting i even tried it , watermelons awesome. he ordered more
