We do not recommend filling essential oil as its sources, it may clog the humidifier. 2. Check if there is a little mechanical spring in the filter tube, it cannot produce mist without that little spring 3. Take out the Sponge filter sticks from the tube inside and flip it vertically then put in back on, wait until the sponge filter sticks completely soaked. 4. Replace new sponge filter sticks.5. Use wet wipes to clean the gap at spraying top and look for any obstructions. 6. Do not block the spraying exit at the top on purpose as it will damage the humidifier.7.Receptors is missing or damaged at the lower part of the body as attachment photo indicated. Operations: 1. Loose and take off the water tank by turning counterclockwise. Fill the tank with appropriate amount of pure water by using the mearsuring cup. Put back the tank and rotate it clockwise to fasten it tightly. 2. Put the pug of the humidifier into the cigarette lighter socket in the car. When the indicator flashes red, humidifier comes into standby mode. ---One time touch, blue lights, humidification mode ---Two times touch, blue and red lights aromatherapy mode ---Three times touch, red lights, shutdown state. Bottle threads are loose and it falls off easily.

Water bottle falls off after only 3 uses. The threads are in good condition on the bottle and on the difuser, it must be a manufacturing issue. Nothing a handy man can't fix with electrical tape to force the bottle to stay on. It's not pretty but it works. The difuser itself works great in the Suburban but the over all quality is obviously lacking.Update: I've received a replacement Diffuser and I can tell right away that the one I originally got was defective. The bottle now fits nice and tight with no trouble at all to install. Great customer service from the vendor, they reached out right away after my review and sent a replacement soon after.

It does look cool in the car and it does put out a ...

It seems no matter how much essential oil I add to it there is never any fragrance coming out. It is also a pain to keep distilled water in my car to be able to use this. Also when it arrived I had to do some minor repairs. The bottom contact was trapped inside the plastic housing and it took quite a bit of finagling to get it out and make the unit work. It does look cool in the car and it does put out a fair amount of mist.Revised 7/8/17I have added a 4th star because the customer service from Sky Tech had been wonderful. Sometimes service does make up for a product having flaws. Thank you Sky Tech.

Very disappointing buy

Very disappointed. This diffuser never worked. I never saw a mist, and I can't smell my essential oil. I used distilled water and Young Living essential oil. The first day, the lights turned on, but no mist. The second day only the red light illuminated. Occasionally, the lights would change (without touching the power button), but still no mist. I will ask for a refund and am looking for another product with better Customer reviews

This is their email:Hi Suzanne,Sorry for replying so late.Pls notice these:1.Did you add essential oil into it? We not suggest to add essential oil, it may block the diffuser.2.Pls check if there is a little spring in the filter tube, it can not work without the little spring.3.Pls use wet wipes to clean the spray mouth.They need to remove this product, their description clearly states "Aroma Diffuser"!

Diffuses well but not great quality

I really enjoyed this for a couple of months but sadly the plastic part that holds the water will no longer screw into the bottom. I don't know if it is warped from being in a hot car or stripped or...It does still work but I had to tape the bottom on.I like how much it diffuses and I like that when I get it my car, even when this isn't running, it still smells great.

Love it!

This is my third one. The first one I gave to my daughter. The second one broke while on a trip. I had this one delivered while on my trip to my location. Still going with no issues. Everyone who gets in my car loves the smell! I usually change the scent oil every other time. Unless I really like the particular combination of scents I put in it.

While it worked, it was great. Produced a nice amount of vapor with a pleasant smell from the essential oils. Stopped working after a week. I have cleaned it per the instructions, but still does not produce any vapor. The dual USB ports were a great asset.

Great, I bought it for a trip to NC with the whole family, with my going through the flu. I used it with 5 drops of bandit essential oil and none in the family got sick.The quality of this device seems ok and it even has 2 USB connectors.I recommend itUPDATE: 1 star. Better save your money ; this does not last; mine just broke
