Description says "open back", but it looks like the pictures show a solid back. Which is correct?

That is an interesting point. I am not sure what the seller means by open back. I would say the back is solid looking at the ones I received. You may need to contact the seller to find out what they mean by "open back". Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Will these stick to magnets? Thank you!

Yes, it appears that indeed they do.

Leather belt screw “rivets”.

Bought these to allow me to join a leather joiners nail pouch to a new leather belt as I did not want to sew the two together as I don’t have the tools. These worked great. I’m sure they will have other uses for those that I have left from the pack.
