Question 1

How big are the softgels?

Accepted Answer

There are a couple of Life Extension supplement capsules that I am not able to swallow. So I do not like giant capsules. Fortunately, I have no trouble swallowing these Super Omega capsules. I take them two and three, one after the other, with my last meal of the day. Yes, they are large, but if I can take them with no trouble maybe you can also.

Life Extension fish oil so pure, it exceeds Global standards. THE PROCESS USES NO CHEMICALS!This OMEGA FOUNDATIONS new technology supplement features AlaskOmega® - a sustainably harvested fish oil made from wild caught cold-water Alaska Pollock and processed in the United States within hours of harvest for exceptional freshness. It is produced with a proprietary technology that purifies the fish oil with a highly advanced distillation process that reduces environmental pollutants. The result is a fish oil so pure, it actually exceeds standards set by international rating agencies. And it's also produced from a Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified sustainable fishery that is dedicated to sustainable harvesting practices and protection of the fishery ecosystem. Question 4

Added flavor. Added color. Added maltodextrin. Sure you have negated the purpose of a healthy supplement here?

Accepted Answer

I can be wrong but I think the added flavor is natural and I think it is lemon, probably added so if you burp the fishy taste is camouflaged. Maltodextrin as I’m Sure you have researched is a highly process plant based ingredient. Personally, I do t think it will detract from the healthy benefits.
