I have tried so many things to help my child sleep — bath salts, sprays, magnesium, and other natural remedies — and nothing really worked. This is the first product that actually made a noticeable difference, very effective with clean and safe ingredients. Within about 30 minutes, he is asleep and stays asleep through the night. The grape flavor is also great and easy for kids to take. I even tried one myself to see the taste, and it honestly tastes really good. I would give this 100 stars if I could. Definitely a lifesaver for bedtime in our house. The only con is that i can’t hive it to my 2 years old since its for 3+ But i cant wait to give it to him too next year

Got these to try with my 5 year old girl who will take hours to fall asleep at bed time. Like we put her down for bed at 6:00 and she’s still up at 10:00 because “she’s not tired”! These work quick, she’s yawning in 10 minutes and gone to bed in 20 minutes and she sleeps through the night! She did complain of a headache the first morning after taking these but was fine the other mornings.

My kid is one of those that gets more hyped up the more tired he gets. This makes travel especially hard, as he can not calm his body to sleep. This stuff works like magic. With our pediatrician’s blessing, we use this on the first few nights of travel to help adjust to new surroundings. My kid is an extremely picky eater, but will happily take these. My over active hyped-up but tired little guy goes to sleepy-as-expected little guy in 25 minutes flat. While we would not use these daily, they are an absolute lifesaver when we travel.

These are amazing! As an adult I take 1 and about 30-45 minutes later I am sleepy and am sleeping through the night. I have used them about 3 times over the last week. Highly recommend for adults who want a lower dosage to avoid feeling drowsy the next morning. My only complaint is the flavor is a bit sour.

My daughter has bestowed upon her children and absolutely horrible bedtime. They are up so late.. my nine-year-old doesn’t sleep. She plays in her room because she can’t sleep. My two-year-old grandson terrible sleep but my granddaughter has dark circles under her eyes, and they are not hereditary, and she has a miserable time waking up. I don’t think any child should be crying in the mornings before they go to school so I got these to help my daughter. Set great bedtime.

These maletonin tablets come in handy when my 4 year old has had an exciting day/evening and needs a slight push to help calm her body down long enough to fall asleep. She is very hyper active and has a hard time relaxing sometimes. Don't worry we ware working on self-calming techniques, but in the mean time, I feel comfortable using this natural way to help my young daughter. I also take maletonin at night on occassion to help me get to that point of being able to fall asleep. The suggested use is one tablet for a child 3 and older. I only give my 4 year old who weighs about 30lbs 1/2 of a tablet and it works just as well as a full tablet. She loves the taste of the grape flavor. The tablets are meant to be chewed but the powdery substance slowly dissolves too. As far as I remember the ingredients are natural and safe. The best part... they are non-habit forming!
