Organic CCF Tea–Cumin Coriander Fennel–Bloating Relief & Digestive Support–Natural Detox Tea–Caffeine-Free Loose Leaf Tea– ½ lb Bulk (90 Servings)– USDA Organic*

I have listened to the audio book from Kulreet Chaudhary where she recommends drinking fennel, cumin and coriander seeds for internal cleansing and detoxification and to help the internal digestion system. I first though about buying these three seeds separately but then saw this mixture of these three seeds and ordered it (also because it is organic). As soon as I got it, I made the tea. I make it in a metal pot which holds up to 5 cups. The instructions on the bag says 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of water. I believe that this is too much. I am mixing a good teaspoon of seeds with 4-5 cups of water and that works very well for me. After cooking it the first time, I actually cook a second pot with the same seeds. I let it cook and sit longer. For me that works great. The taste is fantastic. Even my daughter drinks it. I feel great and I feel hydrated. I take a 1 l glass bottle to work and drink it over the day. I feel less urge to eat. I have less eating attacks and overall have lost some weight with that. Overall, I strongly recommend this tea. I would change to mixture of seeds to water and use 4x more water as directed. I plan to use this tea mix long term.

So I purchased the CCF Tea 1/2 lb. I have constant heartburn and acid reflux. I was constantly taking OTC meds and something more than I needed. After researching the long term affects of OTC meds, I decided to find a more organic approach. I drink this tea in the AM on an empty stomach. So far, I’m on day two and let me just say, this is the best my stomach has felt in over a year. The stomach pain from acidity has gone away and calmed down to nothing. I add this to a filtered K-Cup. I then take it out of the pot and let it sit in my cup while getting ready for work. I drink it before leaving. The smell is kinda bland but I add just a small bit of honey for taste. Due to this product giving my life back, I’ll swear by it. I’ll say value for the money is worth it due to its results. I highly recommend if have similar issues.

I use this for tea and cooking. For tea, it's great post-meal or anytime if you feel like you need to boost you digestion and you don't want to aggravate your inner fire or you are tired of ginger. For cooking, this is a great mixture that you can also add other seeds to, such as mustard, black seed, fenugreek, etc. Bloom them in ghee or oil before adding the dal, vegetables or rice. It ads a flavor that is complex and assists digestion but isn't spicy like peppers, garlic, or ginger. I believe this was also the best price on bulk cumin, coriander and fennel after I had looked.

Very good!

I really enjoyed this herbal tea—it has a light, clean taste that feels very natural and soothing. The blend is well-balanced and not overpowering, making it easy to drink at any time of the day. I appreciate that it uses simple, natural ingredients, and it feels like a gentle, calming option, especially after meals or in the evening. It doesn’t have any artificial aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. The packaging is also nice and keeps the tea fresh. It’s easy to prepare, and the aroma is pleasant without being too strong. As a small improvement, I would like slightly stronger flavor intensity or more brewing suggestions for those who prefer a bolder taste. Overall, this is a great herbal tea if you’re looking for something light, calming, and made with clean ingredients. I would recommend it.

It is easy to brew, it tastes really good and I know it is healthy for me.

Strong spicy scent - I was worried if it might be too overpowering, but I was so wrong! It's really soothing and very easy to drink. My stomach bloats easily, and this tea helps me to digest after a meal. CCF is famous for a reason! I'm sad I found out so late. I love that it's organic as well. Would grab another bag when I finish!

Amazing! I had the feeling of needing to clear my throat after meals every day the past 6 months. Would last 30-90 min after each meal, was digestion related. I drank this tea after each meal yesterday, no throat clearing! First day without having that issue in 6 months. 10/10 recommend!
