Really good pre workout
It really wakes you up even if you donโt want to go to the gym. It has 325 g of caffeine which is pretty safe and good amount of beta-alaine

Solid pre workout
Solid pre workout, just be mindful there isn't enough silica packets in the tub so the powder is lumpy. My advice is to blend the powder in a blender to get all the lumps out then keep the pre workout in the fridge to avoid it going lumpy again.
