The biggest problem with memory foam pillows are low density foam (cheap foam) which make them sink too much and destroy the purpose of the contour and that gets worse over time. This one was a pleasant surprise with just the right density to provide support without pressure points from too much firmness. Only issue is that some body structures may require more height for sideways sleeping especially if you are also using a firm mattress that doesn't sink in. You can get a firm and flat thin pillow if additional height is required to place under this. Other than that, this has been a good purchase. Too early to judge longevity. Anyone switching to these types of pillow for the first time need to give it a month or so for the head and neck to acclimatize.

The Sleepsia Orthopedic Cervical Neck Pillow is good enough but not so great as compared to My Armor Medical Neck Pillow and second thing as promised it should come in an Sleepsia company Box Package was not sended only with Amazon Package and the quality of Sleepsia Material Top Cover is also not so good as compared to all other brand.I hope next time Sleepsia company should provide extra white Bed sheet cover for support and the Memory Foam Gel is also not so grear as compared to all othet brand which we get through Online for better cheaper rate as the amount of 1237 is also little high enough as comparison to My Armol Memory Foam Cool Gel Neck Pillow. Also the size as promised it should be 21 Length and Wight is only 13 inch so in the size also very poor rating as promised. Please try to improve in the Pillow cover as it is extremely Poor Bed sheet of white colour.
