I take baths and was wondering if the patch will stay on.

Oxytrol works for me. So some extra effort on my part is definitely worth it. At first I did have a problem keeping it on when I showered. This is what I've learned and what I do and don't. Looks like a lot but just a couple of actions, the rest is what to avoid.Do's 1) Find a place that the skin stays smooth during daily activities. Avoid places where the skin folds or wrinkles up. 2) Avoid areas that perspire. (Working out, I sweat a lot. I medical tape some gauze just above the patch to catch the sweat).  3) Per Directions: No moisturizer or body powder of ANY kind where you place the patch. Yes, that includes a moisturizing body wash or facial towelette. (I rub alcohol on the area and let it dry). 4) Don't aim a handheld shower directly on the patch. (I don't take real hot showers, but that could be a problem). 5) Avoid putting soap directly on the patch. Soap in rinse water - no problem. 6) Obviously, no bath brush, loofah, or rubbing a towel on the patch. 7) Lightly pat dry or let air dry.This is what I do and patch stays secure for the full four days. I use a coconut oil to remove the sticky stuff. Then, as directed, the next patch is moved to a different location.

Question 2

I am heavy and have overlaping  rolls on the hip area and the other areas is this going to cause the patch not to stick and fall off ?

Even if you have to place it on a fold, pick one that has a gentle roll and place the center of the patch at the top of the roll.  It should not dig into you at the edges if you do.  Also, don't forget the side of the hip or up a little higher on the tummy.  Warning, also avoid spots where panty edges will rub against it as that will drive you mad.  Also, as someone else mentioned, lying down is good, or otherwise suck in the tummy to the max so that when it expands it is tightening the patch.  The patch will irritate if it is constantly being flexed.  If you bloat during the day, pick a time when bloat is minimal.  I've been using these by prescription for about 10 years, and they work great.

Question 3

Today was my first day.  I went 7 times.  The same number I was going to before.  Is this normal?  I can hold it a bit longer and do not leak.

Most patches take at least 24 hours to start working and can take the full 72 hours to reach their peak. Since this is your first time, it will take your body a few days to adjust and maintain enough Oxytrol in your system to be therapeutic. You will also have to attempt to train your bladder and hold it longer each time you feel the urge to go.

Ms. Carol A.:  If you have Amazon Prime in the UK, I would suggest that you ask your customer service if they could or would sell this product in your region.  The vendor here only offers his answer. I feel certain there are many more vendors elsewhere who would appreciate the opportunity to sell this item worldwide for such an important OTC remedy (there are OAB sufferers everywhere). I would also suggest that you contact the company who manufactures this product and ask them,  as well.  Just a suggestion which I hope will help you.
