Read lots of complaints about size. It works great for me. I am a fit 70 yo 150 lbs woman. Plenty of space for steps and other exercises. Height is good for me, perhaps it would help if it came with a pair of extra raisers to keep pushing myself, but it is still a good height. Easy to move since raisers stay on when you lift it. Good value.

It seems sturdy but I wish I could (maybe I can) order another couple of inches of rise. Otherwise, it’s exactly what I expected for the money.

Needed a stable step for my family member who has heart surgery to get in and out of a tall bed. This is perfect, been using 2 weeks and its very stable, easy to store if needed. Wide enough and long enough to turn around on just using legs no arms. Perfect for our needs.

Due to some Physical Therapy, I needed to get an exercise stepper. I had my eye on the ones our gym has, but those were expensive enough that it felt like more than I wanted to spend. I found this step after searching for awhile on Amazon and decided to give it a shot. Have used it for a few weeks now, and I find it to be sturdy and dependable! The extra feet store up inside the bottom, and that's convenient. It does everything I need/want it to do, and it didn't break the bank. I'm not a lightweight person, so sturdiness is a factor I appreciate. Will update this review if something goes horribly wrong down the road, but I've been nothing but happy with this step for a few weeks now.

It's great. Sturdy, well made, stable, disassembles easily when taking on/off additional steps. It's light enough to move out of the way. Love it.

Llegó rápido y en buen estado. Viene empacado en dos cajas (la mayor es voluminosa) y se disimula muy bien el contenido del mismo. Buen aparato para principiantes y quienes deseen hacer ejercicios de poco esfuerzo y desgaste. Es de un plástico que se ve resistente, es ligero y que se ve duradero si se le da un uso moderado y cuidadoso, y es una buena opción considerando su bajo precio. Seguramente será de mucha utilidad y ayuda.

If you're getting the cheapest step on Amazon for <$30 from what feels like a Chinese knock off company, you can't really complain about it being cheap. The main places 'BalanceFrom' seems to be sold is Amazon, Walmart and... hardware stores...? The step: I bought it as a riser for doing things like elevated lunges, cable adductors, and calf/toe raises, and it fits that need well, for cheap. Exactly what I was aiming for, so I can't really complain. It IS however, cheap! It's a single thin layer of plastic, it's flimsy, the extra risers don't snap in and are just a thin rectangle of plastic, the step does flex in the middle (especially when you add height on), and it's not extremely stable (though I'm not in fear of it tipping). I tested this from ~160-210 lbs (weighted vests on) and although I'm still alive and it didn't break, I would not recommend getting this if your desire is to do rapid/aerobic type step ups, any sort of ballistic/plyometric type jumps/movements, or hip thrusters (not enough height nor stability). TLDR: If you're maybe <130lb and want to use this on carpet in front of the TV to do some step ups, it may work just fine for you. For static movements like said lunges or toe raises, it's doing the trick for me. If you want to be more vigorous like body pump or jump squats, or weigh more, then maybe spend the extra $30-50+ and get a higher quality, thick double walled plastic riser that is stackable, like you'd see at a gym/studio. You get what you pay for.

I really like this foot by stepper. Got it to strengthen my legs. Medium size is perfect for me. It is really sturdy and does not move while using it.
