Help for a bad back

I am a candidate for fusion surgery at L4/L5 and my specialist sent me to a physical therapist for core strengthening. This poster is excellent to refer to for exercises at home. It’s very important to strengthen your core to prevent initial or added injury, and this poster is a helpful guide especially if you know very little about core exercises.
