Will it cut 1.5” galvanized steel pipe schedule 80?

No. This cutter is very weak and broke while we used it to cut small copper pipe. It would be completely worthless on steel of any kind.

Has anyone used this on brake tubes?

I have not, but I did use it to cut a golf club down in length. This would be very similar size tubing and material. It made a very clean cut.

Will this cut stems of wine glasses ?

it won't cut the stem, but it will score the stem enough to perhaps get a clean snap on the stem... tho, you may wreck the cutting wheel ( but i don't know for sure as i have never tried to cut glass!)

Will this cut 2 inch pvc pipe?

If the outside diameter of the pipe is within 2", then yes.
